* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Bartholomew County in central Indiana...
Decatur County in central Indiana...
Southeastern Shelby County in central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 456 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already
occurring. Up to 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Greensburg, Adams, Milford, Hartsville, Millhousen, Letts,
Burney and Newpoint.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 100 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up
to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Columbus, Greensburg, Adams, Edinburgh, Hope, Flat Rock,
Milford, Westport, Geneva, St. Paul, Hartsville, Clifford,
Millhousen, Burney, Letts, Newbern, Sandusky, Marietta,
Newpoint and Clarksburg.
